A: Patients are seen by appointment Monday through Friday. Contact the office most convenient for you and a Pima Heart & Vascular staff member will schedule an appointment. Established patients can request an appointment via our patient portal.

A: Many insurance companies prohibit physicians from treating a patient without an appropriate referral. If your plan requires a referral, you will need to have it called into Pima Heart & Vascular prior to an appointment or brought with you at the time of your visit. A: If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify our office 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you may be late for a scheduled appointment, please contact the office as soon as possible.

A: Patients without insurance are expected to pay in full when services are rendered. Pima Heart & Vascular does support a payment plan, which is discussed on an individual basis.
